Services
Adelaide Expert Buyers Agent provides buyer-side property search, negotiation, auction bidding and related advisory services across the greater Adelaide area, engaged exclusively by and acting on behalf of the buyer client.
Fees
Our fee structure is agreed with you in writing before search work begins, following your free initial consultation. Fees are fixed and are not contingent on a percentage of the purchase price.
No Guarantee of Outcome
While we apply genuine skill, diligence and local knowledge to every engagement, we cannot guarantee that a suitable property will be found within any particular timeframe, or that any negotiation or auction bid will be successful. Property market conditions are outside our control.
Independence
We do not accept referral fees, commissions or any other financial benefit from selling agents, vendors, or developers in connection with any property we help you assess or purchase.
Not Financial or Legal Advice
We are not licensed financial advisers, and nothing we provide constitutes financial, taxation, or legal advice. You should seek independent advice from a qualified financial adviser, accountant, or solicitor/conveyancer on those matters, including before entering into any contract.
Licensing
Services are provided by, or under the supervision of, registered South Australian land agents in accordance with the Land Agents Act 1994 (SA).
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your requirements, budget and financial position, and to respond to correspondence in a timely manner so we can act effectively on your behalf.
Cancellations & Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in your specific engagement agreement. Reasonable notice is appreciated.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in SA courts.
